Tracy Szelest

Tracy is a writer and highly creative design & marketing professional. She has a unique way of channeling her ideas into visually appealing and thought-provoking content. She has been guided to share her own personal story for others to see how surrendering to the broken parts of life can and should be used as a catalyst to foster personal growth. Her own midlife crisis sparked the desire to understand healing on a mind, body and soul level. Tracy has her AA in Liberal Arts, BA in Media Studies, and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology with a specialization in Consciousness. She is also a Reiki Master and is obtaining her certification in Regressive Hypnosis. She is passionate about contributing to the world and making it a better place for ourselves and future generations. She believes as we do the work to awaken to our soul’s calling, life can provide deeper meaning and be more fulfilling.
